Named for it's deposits in Brazil’s Amazon River, Amazonite is also found in Colorado, India, Madagascar, Namibia and Russia.

A stone of harmony, Amazonite represents truth telling and peacemaking. Use this stone s a reminder to communicate true thoughts and feelings without over-emotionalism. Wear or meditate with this stone while holding the intension of compassion, harmony, truth and heart-opening inner and outer peace.

This is a Zen style of Mala. There are marker beads after the 7th, 14th and 101st bead, leaving bead section of 7-14-66-14-7 to assist in the rhythm of breath or mantra.

Each mala that I make is carefully designed by color coordination and complimentary stones. All of the counting beads are natural crystal or wood and are matched with Guru beads or wrapped crystals that I have collected throughout my travels. The entire mala is handmade in a sacred setting, with a knot between each bead, and finished off with a handmade tassel. I put a lot of time, effort and LOVE in every piece that I make.
