I will be coaching you through personalized and specific situations that you are moving through and “problems” you are coming up against during our time together. The goal is for us to move you into clearly defined results that we will set together. A lot of the coaching will happen over Telegram so that we are able to work through specific situations that arise in real time (within boundaries, of course). You can expect my coaching to be both direct and full of love.

This is the depth of our work together, and the most unique part of this program. I will be guiding you through a journey designed to anchor, clear and activate. This is where we move stored energy in your body and release stuck emotions + trauma using various somatic healing modalities and womb alchemy… going deeper than you’ve ever gone before so that you can come into FULL embodiment. As we are moving through this clearing work and anchoring you into safety within, you will also be receiving direct transmissions of Source energy to activate the Kundalini life force energy you already hold within you.
We will have one monthly ceremony along with three monthly coaching/somatic sessions.

My own journey of healing began after being diagnosed with complex PTSD after 7 years of severe domestic abuse. When the therapists weren’t helping me, I set off on my own self healing + spiritual journey. I was determined to find THE THING that would heal me. I tried everything I could get my hands on — and still landed in another 2.5 year abusive relationship.
This is when the real healing and transformation began.
I began to examine myself and my patterns. I began to do the shadow work to discover what was keeping me in this cycle. I broke the pattern, left that relationship and embarked on the deepest journey of true healing, feminine embodiment, rewilding and RECLAMATION. I transformed myself and my relationships from the inside out.
It’s been a decade that I’ve been studying trauma, but along the way I became trained and certified in Therapeutic Somatic Facilitation along with my training and embodied experience in nervous system regulation. I believe that the nervous system is the pathway for our energy — if we want the spiritual + energetic practices to work, we HAVE TO have a healthy nervous system.

I got to a point in my healing when I realized that the somatic work for women was missing a very important piece — the map of the FEMININE BODY. The womb work. The yoni work. The cervix work. The de-armoring.
I followed the call to embark on the deepest initiatory training of my life: the pathway of Priestess.
As women we carry so much of our trauma in our wombs. The cervix sits at the base of our Vagus nerve. And if there is any sexual trauma, religious trauma or shame and conditioning around sexuality + sensuality — this is directly carried in the womb and yoni. THIS WORK IS ESSENTIAL for women to come fully into her body and anchor into safety within.
The feminine path of spirituality is not an ascension and transcendence of the body but rather a decent into her. We are 100% divine beings and 100% human — it is when our soul can fully embody our human vessel that we come ALIVE. Our power is in our body and our ability to anchor all the way into our root. Fully turned on + tuned in.

There are no dark corners we dare not go, nothing that will scare me — bring me all of your deep, dark + dirty. I’ve been to my own underworld and clawed my way back to the light. I’ve walked through the fire, burnt myself to ashes and rose again as the Phoenix. I’ve died a million deaths, sat in the darkness of the void, and grew new life — being reborn again + again.
The magic is in the kink, the shadow work, the fertile void.

I have always considered myself a bridge between science and spirit. I’ve been a claircognizant + clairsentient mystic since childhood AND I have a degree in Chemistry. I’ve always been both — which is why I’m fascinated by the science of spiritual and healing practices. I use a lot of evidence based modalities in my healing work. BUT MAGIC IS EVERYWHERE.
In my world, miracles are just a way of life.
We go into the deep, dark + dirty. And we dance with the light. We re-parent the inner child. And we let her play with pure innocent wonder. We choose life and live it to it’s fullest. In this part of our work together we are healing + building your relationship to self and to the divine with a foundation of unconditional love, compassion, self-trust, unshakable faith and commitment to your highest truth.

This is the bare minimum of the work we do together and is multifaceted. Devotion to the growth and evolution of your soul. Everything we do is through the body. This is where your trauma is held; repressed emotions are stored; limiting beliefs, conditioning, patterns + programs are running (in the subconscious). In this part of our work together we will use somatic alchemy (body-based healing modalities) to transmute all the sticky bits of stored stress and dysfunctional patterns; release stuck energy + emotions; rewire subconscious beliefs; and create SPACE for divine creation, inspiration, and life force energy to flow freely through your body. This will lead to more joy, peace, bliss, vitality, self-trust, clarity, sensuality, pleasure, and creative fire — cultivated from within.
Your nervous system is the physical channel for your energy, and this is the work of coming into healthy regulation + harmony in all body systems, while building the capacity + resiliency to hold more of life.

This is where we refine and integrate all the work into EMBODIMENT. This means that it becomes natural and effortless – it becomes simply who you ARE, no longer something you need to think about but rather something you just BE.

This will show up as fulfillment in in your relationships, your career/business, friendships, motherhood, impact, and the way you show up powerfully + authentically in the world.
The result of the inner work is to create a beautiful, full-spectrum life that you feel fully ALIVE and at home in – and a BODY that you feel fully alive and at home in. We heal your relationship with yourself first and awaken the sensual fire of life force energy within you so that you can have epic relationships and soul-deep intimacy, love + eros – a liberated, turned-on life.
We can do A LOT together in three months… but I do recommend the full six.
Some of you will even recommit to being in this space for a full year, and your life will never be the same in the best way. I offer a three month MINIMUM commitment because it takes 90 days to begin shifting patterns and rewiring the brain. This is not about a “quick fix” but rather sustainable and lasting change. That takes time + depth.
The relationship we build together is part of the healing process. The more time we spend together, the deeper we can go. More time means more trust, more intimacy, more refinement. And this will reflect into all aspects of your life.
